well you dont want to exclude our sisters so make kit a JoDeRa club. btw if your at an ITT-Tech and your a DeMolay HIT ME UP we got plans....especialy if your criminal justice
but what is really prescribed by our handbook is a DeMolay club,just opened this topic because i was a member of a university DeMolay club back when i was still an active member and then one of our brother decided to put up a JoDeRa club co-existing with the DeMolay club, and i do not agree with that. so i just want to hear the insights of our other brethen coz me and this brother of ours had a really, you can say heated discussion because i do not agree with his reasoning.
Bro: I want to give reaction to your topic. I’m from Adamson JODeRA club; we always adhere on the by-laws and handbooks. We also prefer to follow the handbook in meetings and any forms of activities within the university only if there are no sisters within the meeting proper. But if there are sisters within the meeting we use another form of meeting using the club by-laws. First and foremost, you must first have a sponsoring chapter or any chapter that will support and take your upcoming memberships. (For example here in manila we bring the upcoming petitioner to the nearest chapter where he is residing to then we take him as a member of the club... such as like in our sisters in rainbow and Job’s daughter) We shouldn’t exclude our sisters or any member within the Masonic family. We even took a former professor whom a mason to be our club advisor) there is a saying putting all resources is much better. Hope that help a bit…
