There is just so much to think of when starting a new chapter. What you should do is first make sure that you have members that are willing to Join the Order and show that you are able to start this newly formed Chapter, next is to line up advisors and a Sponsoring Body, I'm sure that you can ask your current Dad Advisor or Chairman of the Board for advise and help on that matter, and lastly you must clear it with the Executive Officer of your Juristiction... everything must be cleared by him in Order to start your new chapter... if you need any help, advise, ideas, whatever, please feel free to ask...
