I saw your message when i was scanning for a friend. Let me see, First, you want Mr. Edwin T. Marcos Telephone number. Second, I do not understand why you call him dad and Third if you apply for a job in Coca-cola you call H.R. not TSM Edwin T. Marcos. And Forth, if you want to please him, check your spelling and grammar as he is perfectionist well, as a boss. He is my Boss for 3 years.

you don't know why he would call him Dad well that is a easy answer he is an advisor of Demolay and Ian is a Demolay

Oh my...Oh dear.... Yes... in my personal view we all need to be tolerant but there are things in life were it is considered as luxury...If that guy wants to work with Coca-cola then he better take my advice positively not negatively. In Coca-Cola everybody expects you to have a perfect report... Especially Mr. Marcos... he expects you to be 100% perfect in every single report.
If i did step on anybody's ego then i am sorry... this is the reality... Well if anybody is still grumpy over my message then, i cannot do anything about it.

So, you want that a Demolay will always do 100% in everything he does. My, my, my, you cannot scare a DeMolay to face or work with a perfectionist supervisor or manager. Strict or terror-minded leaders are obsolete now!
