Looking to correspond with former Missouri DeMolays from the mid 1980's. I am a PMC from Excelsior Chapter in Jackson Missouri. Some of my fondess memories are of conclave and winning two back to back state softball titles and playing in the first ever Demolay International tournament in Grinnell IA. My email is billfoster3@charter.net

I was a member of Kirkwood DeMolay in Kirkwood MO from 79 until I reached Majority in 85. Served as Master Councilor in 1983 of the chapter. I'd be interested to find some of the guys that were around at the same time too.

Well I'm not quite that far back, though I'm close. I'm from Sentinel Chapter in Florissant, MO. I was MC in '94 and would love to see some of the guys from back then... as well as meet some of the new members now! I've been MIA from DeMolay for many, many years now and am looking to get back into the smooth of things... any ideas? Anybody know what chapters are even left out there?

Hopefully quite a few. Missouri managed to "squeek out" a win over Florida in total numbers of New Initiates last year, though we had more net growth.

Things have been turning around in a number of Jurisdictions, including both Missouri and Florida, and this is a good time to become "part of the future" by 'paying forward' to DeMolay that which we all know we can never "pay back".

Have you contacted Bro. Cockerham, the EO of Missouri yet? You can drop him an e-mail at
eo@modemolay.org <eo@modemolay.org>.

Actually, if you look at the membership stats Missouri beat Florida in both net growth and new members.

Florida new members - 152 Net Growth - 88
Missouri new members - 205 Net Groth - 108

I'm not exactly from that era either, but was a member of the Kirkwood Chapter, joined in 1991, PMC 1992. David Willis, I remember you. Good to see you're still around.

I live in Virginia now, so I'm not active with Kirkwood Lodge or Kirkwood DeMolay anymore, but it's good to see there's a message board keeping people in touch.
