Well, on the simplest level, in AMORC you have female members.
The lessons are very different, as is the dues structure.
AMORC allows you to work as a "solitary" member and do a "self-initiation", not so with a Masonic Lodge. (AMORC does have temple initiations as well, but I would dare say that 90% of their members have never been to a temple or pranos.)
